Montrose - A Mayfair Collection Hotel, Kuwait City

My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms were clean and well-equipped, although the promised view was limited. The service was exceptional, especially thanks to Joyce and Mahmoud from reception. The location, while somewhat noisy, offered some good facilities. The dining experience was reasonably priced but not entirely up to five-star standards.

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms, while far from the reception and in need of refurbishment, were somewhat disappointing with old and dirty furnishings. The limited view of the pool from a specific spot was a letdown despite being informed of a better view upon request. On the positive side, the service was outstanding, especially thanks to Ms. Honey, Joyce, Mahmoud, and Gavito, who were all professional and friendly. The location, though isolated, was tranquil and easily accessible by taxi. The dining experience, with an expensive but reasonable buffet, was enjoyable, and the facilities overall were decent.

My stay at the hotel was amazing! The rooms were as new as on the first day, and the room service was just above the amazing mark. They were spacious with direct pool access, and I especially loved how warm it was during my first night. The overall experience was really nice.
